From the beginning of time humans have been known for wanting that which they cannot have. The weather is one good example of this statement being proved because you find in winter people wanting as much heat as possible and in summer people wanting their spaces as cold as they can be. It must have been this simple desire by us humans that saw the discovery of fire to warm up, the invention of fans to cool us down and with time a combination of the two came to being in the form of a device that we know today as an Air Conditioner
Air conditioning which is the ability to adjust the air around you in terms of temperature and humidity was first invested back in 1902 and has with time become a worldwide phenomenon. Modern inventions have made this phenomenon so simple such that by the click of a button up or down you are able to increase or decrease the temperature of your space to suit you and this will depend on the time of the year.
Air conditioning systems were originally made for office spaces but have since been designed to suit homes, theatres, halls, cars and even clothes(though the last invention never made it past the newspapers). There are three types of air conditioners and though they work in more or less the same way they are slightly different in their makeup and the places where they are used. Window air conditioners are used for smaller rooms and derive their name from the fact that they are usually positioned by the window sill. The Split Air conditioner can be used for about two rooms while the packaged air conditioner can be used for bigger spaces and more than two rooms.
With global warming looming and reports of unexpected weather changes in the future the desire and demand for air conditioning will only go one way which is up. The weird inventions which never made it back then might as well come out of their closets because very soon air conditioners will not only be a need but a necessity, it is just a matter of time.
